Tickets are non-transferable, non refundable, void if altered, and not for resale or exchange. Admission allows admittance for one to the Turkey Mountain Haunted Trail. Open hours and offerings at the Haunted Trail may change for any reason or no reason at all, including without limitation, weather, staffing, refurbishment, and/or special events. Attendees acknowledge that all haunts utilize strobe lights, the trails are uneven and dark. Attendees release the use of their image and likeness, and acknowledge that pictures and videos will be captured and potentially used for promotional and marketing activities. Attendees are required to comply with all instructions and warnings from staff and volunteers.
By accepting admission, attendee expressly agrees to release the directors, workers, and volunteers from all responsibility for any loss, death, harm, injury or damage which may occur. Attendee further agrees that the Haunted Trail staff may expel from the premises any person whose conduct is objectionable. The attendee further agrees that any claims against the Haunted Trail will be resolved through binding arbitration.
